How we collect, use, and protect the information you share with us.
Last updated: October 4, 2026
We value your privacy very highly. Please read this Privacy Policy carefully before using the Plan4TheFuture website (the "Website") operated by Premier Estate Planning, LLC (dba Plan4TheFuture) ("us," "we," "our"), as this Privacy Policy contains important information regarding your privacy and how we may use the information we collect about you.
Your access to and use of the Website is conditional upon your acceptance of and compliance with this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy applies to everyone, including but not limited to visitors, users, and others who wish to access or use the Website.
By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of the Privacy Policy, then you do not have our permission to access or use the Website.
We collect any and all information that you enter on this Website. This includes the following categories of information:
We may use the information that you provide us for the following purposes:
If you request an ebook, guide, webinar, checklist, download, or other resource through the Website, we use the information you submit to deliver the requested resource, create or update a lead or contact record, attribute the submission to the appropriate page owner, and follow up about related estate planning services where permitted by your consent.
Every form shows a short notice directly under its button: continuing accepts our Terms of Service and this Privacy Policy and lets us email you. Texting is separate. Forms that ask for a phone number include an optional, unchecked box for text messages, and we text only people who check it.
We keep a record of each permission you give or withdraw: the exact wording you were shown, its version, the date and time, the page, your IP address and browser, and how you opted out. We use these records to prove what you agreed to and to keep honoring your choices.
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails with the link in any of them, stop text messages by replying STOP, or contact us to change your preferences. An opt-out stays attached to the email address or phone number itself, so it keeps applying if your record is updated or created again. We do not resume marketing to an address that opted out unless you resubscribe yourself.
We share personal information only with the people and companies below, and only what each one needs. Companies that work for us may use it only to provide their service to us.

What they get: Your email address and name in hashed form, your IP address and browser, the Meta cookie or ad click ID if there is one, and the amount of a payment. Never your phone number
Why: To measure our Facebook and Instagram ads, when you register for a class, join a class, book a call, or pay an invoice. For a class, Meta is told only that you attended one of our classes, never which class or video. The Meta Pixel records visits to our pages, but never runs on the pages where you watch a class.
What they get: Pages you visit, your device and browser, and your approximate location from your IP address. Not your name, email address, or phone number
Why: To understand how people use the Website.
What they get: Only what is required
Why: To comply with the law or a court order, to protect the rights and safety of our clients and others, or as part of a merger or sale of our business, with notice to you.
About hashing. A hashed email address or name is scrambled by a one-way code before it leaves our systems. Meta can match it to an account it already has but cannot turn it back into your details. You can control how Meta uses this information in your Facebook ad preferences, and you can block third-party cookies in your browser.
Text messaging. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the categories above exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
We do not sell your personal information. Your data is used solely for the purposes described in this policy and is never sold to third parties. Section 04 lists everyone we share information with and why.
Team members can connect a Google Calendar to Plan4TheFuture so clients can book meetings at times they are free and so those meetings appear on their calendar. This section explains what Google user data we access, how we use, protect, retain, and delete it. It applies only to people who choose to connect a Google account.
Our servers read events from the calendars you choose to check for conflicts in order to work out your availability. We do not copy those events into our database, other than the change notifications described under Retention and deletion below.
We use Google user data only to show your availability, prevent double bookings, add meetings booked through Plan4TheFuture to your calendar, and keep those meetings in sync when you move, cancel, or respond to them in Google Calendar. We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or use it to develop, improve, or train generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models. People do not read your calendar data unless you ask us to (for example, for support), it is needed for security or to investigate abuse, or the law requires it.
We share Google user data only with Nylas, Inc., the calendar service that connects Plan4TheFuture to Google Calendar on our behalf, and with the guests of a meeting you book (who receive the calendar invitation). We do not transfer Google user data to anyone else except as required by law or as part of a merger or acquisition with notice to you.
We keep your calendar connection and calendar list for as long as your Google Calendar stays connected. When you disconnect it from your profile, we revoke our access at Nylas and immediately delete the connection and calendar list from our systems.
Records of meetings booked through Plan4TheFuture (time, guests, and meeting link) are business records of your appointments. They are kept while your account is active and are deleted on request. Calendar change notifications are kept in our restricted log for troubleshooting and are deleted on request.
You can also revoke Plan4TheFuture's access at any time from your Google Account permissions page. To have all Google user data we hold about you deleted, use the data request option below. We complete deletion requests within 30 days.
Limited Use. Plan4TheFuture's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
This Website is intended for use by a general audience and does not offer services to children. Should a child whom we know to be under 18 send personal information to us, we will use that information only to respond to that child to inform them that they cannot use this Website.
Residents of Nevada may opt out of future sales of personal information by submitting a consumer request to smaloney@premieraz.net.
To request a correction or deletion of personal information associated with you, or to ask a question about how we handle your information, email our privacy team.
This process does not provide an automatic data download or export. We may contact you to verify your identity and clarify your request before taking action.
Email a Data RequestDo Not Track is a preference you can set on your browser to inform websites that you do not want to be tracked. We do not support Do Not Track ("DNT"). You can either enable or disable Do Not Track by visiting the Preferences or Settings page of your browser.
We reserve the right to amend this Privacy Policy at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Privacy Policy on this page and revising the "Last updated" date at the top of this document.
